What happens when you have placed an order?

  • When you have placed your order, you will get an email to confirm we have received your order. Please check the details of your order and if there is a problem please let us know straightaway.
  • All bespoke orders are dealt with by Jo and she will be in touch with you directly to discuss and confirm your order if required.
  • All orders are printed at 9am every weekday. Your order will then be processed. Please note we are closed on Saturdays and Sunday and orders received after 9am Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 3 - 5 working days. However, if you need your order sooner, please get in touch and we will do our best to help. At peak times are lead times may vary. 
  • When your order is ready to go, you shall receive an email to say your order is ready and we will supply you with your tracking code. As standard we provide Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature postage, but other options are available upon request. This delivery method provides full tracking throughout your orders journey, from our door to yours.
  • Your order will then be sent to our local sorting office and from there your order should be with you 48 hours later.
  • When your order is delivered a signature will be required. If Royal mail is unable to deliver your order, they should leave a note to let you know they have attempted delivery and you will need to follow the instructions provided.
